After completing our new client form, someone from our firm will review your information.  If it’s decided that you would be a good fit for our firm, you will receive an emailed link to activate your private portal on our website.  From inside the portal, you should:

  1. Review and electronically sign the tax engagement letter (contract)
  2. Complete the electronic tax organizer by answering all questions to the best of your ability
  3. Upload, fax, or mail your supporting tax documents
  4. After we start preparing your return, we may send you an email with additional questions
  5. When your return is completed, you will review the return in your private portal
  6. Download and sign the e-file authorization forms and return to our office by upload, fax, or mail
  7. Payment is due at the time your return is completed, you can pay online or by check in person
  8. We will electronically file your federal and state tax returns
